Your source for notebook power jack repair! Experienced technicians here install power jacks into laptops. Laptops are repaired in the order received, typically there is a 4 business day turnaround. Your laptop will be treated like one of our own here. It is possible to install a jack yourself but some can be very tricky. We have invested thousands of dollars into desoldering, soldering and rework tools and wow what a difference. We have repaired thousands of laptops and will be happy to work on yours. Also, resellers are welcome- half of our customers are value added resellers or other providers of repair solutions.

Shipping your laptop here. If you use your own packaging, shipping a laptop here via ground service is often only $10. Also, the UPS store & FedEx will safely pack it for a small fee. Please include a paper with your name, address, email address and phone number with your laptop. Find a UPS Store near you. Find a FedEx/Kinkos near you. If available, insure your package, it is only a few dollars. All packages should have adequate packaging to survive the trip. 99% of laptops make it here just fine but not packaging it in some bubble wrap, foam or peanuts is just asking for trouble. Our address:

Payment. After the repair is complete, we will call you for a credit card and ship your unit back. We use DHL. We can use your shipping account and we can use UPS if you live in a remote area and require UPS. We also ship to USPS Po Bpxes, Hawaii and Puerto Rico using Priority S/H @ $35.
